Final Fight

Another week gone! I wrote most of the ending out with the various branches at this point. I hope I am keeping things fluid as they move from event to event and we get a full picture of what happens both in the short and long term. I still haven't prepared any cutscenes, though, because I am still trying to figure out if I should get a few more commissions for certain moments or not. I am still missing a handful for events I do know should get some art, so I am debating the pros and cons. I re-balanced and update the final battle in chapter 6, so that's also one less thing to worry about. I think it's already interesting now, but maybe I can improve it even more after I release a new test version to testers soon-ish.

I improved Rahib's map as well, like I did with Tarkas. I think this leaves us with just Tarkas countryside, the forest near Tarkas and the mountain for the second temple from external maps that need improvements (the black borders aren't as noticeable/important when inside buildings).

I also wrote a scene for Erica wearing an armor/bikini chainmail, this will be viewable by picking it in the wardrobe (after receiving it as a gift). It's a solo scene, in case you are wondering. ;p

I think that's all for this week, though. Arranging the ending is taking some time, since I am also going through some old stuff to see if maybe they should be featured or not, or how to arrange things (the game doesn't quite have the content to go through all cities and their fates, since you don't always affect them, but that seems the most reasonable way to group endings).

Anyway, I should get things wrapped up this week for chapter 6 (I'll write the intro, finish with the ending, and hopefully sort any miscellaneous items related to it), so next week we'll get an update. I'll try to have some more scenes, or maybe see if I can make Jin "movable" between Tarkas and Golden Leaf like Lea. Let me know if you have any questions! ^_^
