For some reason the bathroom scene won't trigger :(
You mean the one in the female bathroom? Are you feuding with Marjorie? Did you try exiting and re-entering the bathroom several times (it has a 50% chance of triggering each time)?
I submitted to her beforehand. I'm assuming that locks me out of doing this part?
Yeah. You can still submit after if you first rebel, but you can't do the reverse, once you submit.
